A little bit description about this brand:

Nestlé’s foundation was built in 1867 on humanitarian needs and social responsibility when Henri Nestlé, a trained pharmacist, developed a healthy and economical alternative source of infant nutrition to save the life of an infant who could not be breastfed.

Today, more than 140 years later, Nestlé continues with its founder’s legacy to improve lives.

In this blogger recipe challenge, I was giving a task to create a simple recipe by using nestle natural set yogurt.The recipe that I am going to prepare is -------> lets name it

PANCAKE WITH YOGURT, BANANA AND HONEY

It just a simple recipe.

Time of preparation : 15-20 minutes

Cost of ingredients :

Categories : Dessert

Difficulty : Easy 

Ingredients:

Nestle Natural Yogurt (Main Ingredients)

1 cup flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 cup sugar

1 cup fresh milk

2 eggs

Butter for frying pancakes.

1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence

banana / strawberry / honey / walnut as a decoration

How to do :

1. Stir  the flour, baking powder, sugar, milk, eggs and vanilla essence in large bowl.

2. Stir until well blended.

3. Heat the pan.

4. Put a bit of butter to prevent burn when frying pancakes.

5. Pour the mixture. Repeat this step to make another pancake.

6. After frying, place the yogurt on each pancake is finished. Like burgers.

7. As a decoration, can put honey with strawberries or bananas that have been cut on the top pancake.

8. Ready to eat. Yummy!!

 

Noticed that my recipe contain high of vitamins as I used honey, fruits and of course Nestle Yogurt.. And I think, this is the perfect combination of Nestle Yogurt, banana and honey…
